Questions about billing
How does billing work?
You pay a flat monthly price for each location you track or manage. There are no credits and no charges per scan. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are not refunded for partial months. If something went wrong on our side, contact support@localbusinessmanager.xyz and we will look at it case by case.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Rank history and reports can be exported as CSV and PDF at any time, including before you cancel.
What happens to Google access when I cancel?
When your account is cancelled, access to every connected Google account is revoked and the stored tokens are deleted. Google user data is deleted within 30 days.
