The product
Local Business Manager brings rank tracking, Business Profile management and client reporting into one workspace for agencies. Profile management works only for profiles whose owners or managers connect them through Google sign-in.
Rank tracking
Measure where a business appears across its service area, not just from one point. Choose a grid size from 3 × 3 to 9 × 9 and a spacing that fits the area, schedule scans daily, weekly or monthly, and see each cell colour-coded by position. Compare against the competitors that appear in the same results. AI-answer visibility shows whether the business is named when people ask AI assistants for a local recommendation. Rank data comes from licensed search data providers.

Reviews
All reviews for the connected profiles arrive in one inbox, newest first, with filters for rating and reply status. Reply from the app and the reply is published to the Business Profile. Optional AI-drafted replies give you a starting point; nothing is published until a person on your team approves it.
Fixed our water heater the same afternoon. Clear pricing.
Good work but arrived later than the window we were given.
Friendly technician, cleaned up after the job.

Thank you for the feedback, and sorry we arrived late. We have added a text alert when a technician is running behind.
Posts and photos
Write a post once and schedule it for one location or many. Set recurring posts for offers and updates that repeat, and upload photos to the profiles you manage. A calendar shows what is scheduled and what has already been published.

PhotoProfile information
Keep hours, holiday hours, services and categories accurate. Edit one location or apply the same change to a selected group, such as holiday hours across every branch. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Profile protection
Profiles can change without the owner's knowledge, through suggested edits from the public or automated updates. When you enable protection, the app compares each profile with the values you approved and alerts you to differences. Restore an approved value with one click.

Website: (removed)Reporting
Send clients white-label reports as a PDF or a live link, under your agency's name and logo. Reports combine rank results with Business Profile performance metrics such as calls, direction requests and website clicks, so clients see outcomes rather than activity.

Data and permissions
Profile management uses the Google Business Profile APIs with a single OAuth scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. It is requested only when an owner or manager chooses to connect a profile, and it covers only the profiles that person owns or manages. Rank tracking does not use this access; it uses licensed search data providers.
